I first heard about around the middle of January and saw that they had a 30 day challenge running.  Of course, since it was already in the middle, I just did their other exercises, but soon saw that they were going to do another one...

If there's one thing I love, it's a challenge.

(you can see where this is going...)

I decided to take the 30 day challenge starting Monday and I'll update at the end of every week with my results!  I'm super excited, because I love finding new ways to exercise, especially if they produce such toned bodies like the ones seen on the website.

I know they follow strict diets as well, which I'm not going to do.  I feel like life is too short to deprive myself of the foods I love, but so much of what I love to eat is fairly healthy.  In short, I'll be looking for healthy (meaning mostly vegan) recipes that aren't too difficult to make.

I'm already hooked based on the workouts I've already done- I get bored so easily, so it's really nice that they put a new one up everyday:)

Anyone going to take the challenge with me?

  1. This sounds really cool! I get bored doing the same exercises as well. Maybe I should give this a shot!

  2. I would love to have a fellow blogger doing it with me!:)

  3. Sounds like a fun idea! Good luck with it xo

  4. Hi...
Best of luck for you and keep us updated of your results!!!!

  5. Sounds like an awesome program!
We saw your Red Carpet Collection for the Beauty Department Giveaway and thought you had some great picks. We also would love the voluminous hot roller set! Thanks for entering! Xo, Beso

  6. Fun! I just started working out again too about 2 weeks ago and feel soo great!! I am not doing the BodyRock workouts but I joined a gym again! Good luck!

  7. Sounds like you'd enjoy Insanity. :) Started it with my hubs and now we're addicted. It's ridiculous. Love your blog!

  8. Some of my friends do Insanity and love it, but it costs money-something I'm not willing to shell out for fitness:) Glad you like it!

  9. I'll have to check out bodyrock. I've been doing Insanity for a month and dabbled in P90x for a bit before that, and now I'm finding myself hooked on these programs. Have to say I kind of think it's worth shelling the money out for... Thanks for stopping by and commenting!

    1. It's really not that I'm unwilling, per se, it's just that I don't have the money to begin with:) Thanks for stopping by!

I read and respond to all my lovely comments. Leave a link to your blog so I can come visit! Thank you<3
